C-16 Request for Purchase Order to renew 2014-2015 SuccessMaker Software Maintenance and Support contract with Pearson
Issue/Rationale
Contract renewal for seven Title I Schools, (W.E. Cherry does not have updated licenses) plus five licenses for the non-public schools for SuccessMaker Software Maintenance and Support. Concurrent License with Direct Respons Support for the period of 07-01-14 through 06-20-15. SuccessMaker offers students the opportunity to work on their individual levels and pace in Reading and Math. It provides remediation to students who are below grade level in Reading and Math and it offers predictive data for student performance on statewide assessments.
Recommended Action
Approve request for Purchase Order as requested.
Financial Impact
No impact on general funds; the total cost of $40,261.50 will be paid out of the Title I Part A Grant - Improving the Academic Achievement of the Disadvantaged 2014-2015 federal grant.
